Cancellation Refund Policy
Ticket Refundability
Most airline tickets booked through our platform are non-refundable. In select cases where the airline allows cancellation, a travel credit may be issued for the same passenger to use on the same airline. These credits have expiration dates set by the airline and must be used before they expire.
To qualify for credit or cancellation, tickets must be canceled before the scheduled departure. We strongly recommend speaking with our customer service team to understand applicable restrictions before proceeding. If you rebook using airline credit, any fare difference will be your responsibility. All refund and credit policies are determined by the airline or travel supplier and are beyond our control.
Refund Processing
Refund timelines can vary significantly. Once your cancellation request is submitted to our support team, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email with a tracking number. This email confirms receipt of your request but does not imply approval for a refund.
We then coordinate with the relevant airline to determine if a refund or waiver is allowed under their terms. You will be notified of the decision. Please note that any service fees charged by our company at the time of booking are non-refundable.
If approved, refunds typically appear within 60–90 days. The final timeline depends on your bank’s billing cycle and the airline’s processing speed.
Our company may charge a post-booking service fee per passenger, applied only when a refund is authorized by the airline and permitted under fare rules.
Additional Guidelines
- Refund requests must follow the airline’s ticketing rules for your reservation.
- Passengers marked as "no-shows" (who fail to cancel or miss departure) are not eligible for refunds.
- Approved refunds typically reflect within 1–2 billing cycles.
