Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by travel suppliers. A contract is formed between you and the Supplier upon payment and confirmation. You must provide accurate details (e.g., full names, dates of birth, contact info) for all travelers. Incorrect or incomplete information is your responsibility.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards and other specified methods. Payments are processed securely through certified gateways.

Deposits & Final Payments:
• Flights require full payment at booking.
• Cruises may require a deposit, with the balance due 60–90 days before departure.
• Packages/Tours may require staged payments per your confirmation.

All fees and charges are disclosed before checkout. Prices are subject to change until fully paid. In rare cases of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel with a full refund.

Cancellations and Modifications

By Customer:
• Flights may be non-refundable or include cancellation fees.
• Cruises have escalating fees closer to departure.
• Tours/packages follow specific Supplier policies.

Modifications: Changes are subject to availability and may include fees. Promotional fares may not allow changes.

By Supplier or Company: We or Suppliers may cancel or amend bookings due to uncontrollable events. Alternatives or refunds will be offered based on policies.

Travel Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring valid passports (typically 6 months beyond return) and necessary visas. We are not liable for denied entry due to documentation issues.

Health & Travel Insurance

Comply with all destination-specific health and vaccination requirements. Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be required by certain Suppliers.

Flight-Specific Terms

All flights are governed by airline policies, including baggage limits, check-in times, and infant travel. Airlines may change schedules, and small changes may not warrant refunds. Significant changes may allow rebooking or a refund, depending on the airline.

Cruise-Specific Terms

Cruise terms include boarding rules, age/health restrictions, and gratuity policies. Itineraries may change due to weather, safety, or operations without compensation.

Liability Limitations

We act as an intermediary and are not liable for:

  • Supplier errors, acts, or omissions
  • Injuries, losses, or damages during travel
  • Service disruptions caused by Suppliers
  • Lost or damaged baggage or belongings
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for failures due to uncontrollable events, including:
  • Natural disasters or weather
  • Political unrest or war
  • Government actions or health emergencies
  • Labor strikes or industrial action

Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to data collection and processing as needed to deliver your services.

Miscellaneous

Amendments: We may revise these Terms anytime. Updates will apply to new bookings.
Severability: If any part is deemed invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, combined with booking confirmation and Supplier policies, form the complete agreement between you and us.
