If you find an identical flight, hotel, or package (same dates, itinerary, room type, and terms) on another website for a lower total price (including taxes and fees) within 24 hours of booking with us, we’ll match it—no hassle, no exceptions.

How to Claim a Price Match

To request a price match, simply email us at support@BewonderTravel.com or call our customer service team. Be sure to include your booking details and a screenshot of the cheaper offer.

Requirements for Price Match

• The competing price must be publicly available and in GBP.
• It must include all applicable taxes and fees.
• Offer must not be discounted through coupons, loyalty programs, or bulk bookings.
• All details must exactly match your BewonderTravel booking.

Once verified, we’ll either refund the difference as a travel credit or update your booking to reflect the lower price.
